Zombie Apocalypse

I woke up like this

My addiction to The Walking Dead is slowly taking over my blog, but I just couldn’t resist. You see, I went back to do TAG! Gacha and I completed it! I picked up the HUD at the starting point, attached it and went to all 50 stores clicking on the gacha board to make sure it got checked off on the HUD.

When I visited each location, I played the gacha machine, only if I wanted to. You don’t have to buy at each location to play TAG! Gacha. So I played about half the machines and in some of them I got the mystery coupons as well! Once I completed all 50 locations on my HUD, I was able to unlock it and visit the secret location where all the mystery prizes were.

I was then able to redeem the mystery coupons for the prizes. All of this took me around 2 hours to do and I had such a great time. I was plurking my adventures along the way and almost each location I went to, I had people IM me to say hi and that they read my blog. Thank you so much for doing that you guys, it was so sweet and I really had a lot of fun chatting with you while playing.

I got a few of the mystery prizes such as this mesh graveyard from Exposeur. It’s AWESOME! I also got the mystery eyeball ring from Nylon Outfitters that I’m wearing in my hand. I got a few more of the mystery prizes from Erratic, Birdy, StandBy, etc… and loved all of them! It’s definitely worth it to play, especially if you go with a few friends.

For a more detailed look at the graveyard, check out these two raw shots on my profile: Zombie Apocalypse and Zombie Beauty Queen.

Zombie Apocalypse

I figured since I was dressing up as a zombie beauty queen and I had the graveyard, I should turn this into an apocalypse and asked some of my plurky friends to join me. A big thank you to all of them for dressing up so fast and having patience with me as I crashed a million times while taking this pic. I wanted to give them credit and link to their flickrs. I didn’t get the credits for the clothing items they are wearing, but if you really want to know something they are wearing, I think it should be ok to poke them inworld and ask. Here are their names from left to right:
> Anarya Elderslie
> Lindsey Warwick
> Me! :P
> CrazyChef
> Misha6942
> Skyefaise

Thanks again you guys for posing with me! Now let’s go eat some braaiinnsss. <3

Meet My Bratty Nephew Ron

Inworld he’s known as coolron28 and on plurk he’s known as RonZoon or whatever display name he has chosen that day. He’s the brat that charmed me with his adorable, witty humor and made me want to adopt him. I’m not sure how he became my fake internet nephew, but all I know is one day […] Continue reading →

Chandni

In Sanskrit, the name Chandni means moonlight and it’s one of the names my father uses for me when he’s being especially endearing. Since I have been begging Ms. Zaara Kohime to make a mesh lehenga for me for about 2 years now, she said that I get to name it. So here is the new […] Continue reading →

The Death Meme

Although it’s my birthday today, these pictures have nothing to do with the theme of this meme, and it’s pretty morbid of me to talk about death on my birthday…I couldn’t resist. I don’t think about death that often, but when I do, I know it’s going to be some weird insane way that I’m […] Continue reading →

Brokenhearted

On Monday I will be 34 years old and I know as you grow older you are supposed to become more mature and sure of yourself, but my mind tends to focus on all the doubts and shortcomings I have. When you’re young you have all these plans…when you hit certain ages you’ll have accomplished […] Continue reading →

What’s in a Shape?

Last month I released a standard second life shape directly to my marketplace store. The only reason I did that is because people kept asking about my shape and so I thought I would experiment and see what I could come up with. I didn’t expect to, but I sold quite a few of them. […] Continue reading →

Recently, I have been very inspired by Vogue Magazine, and especially Vogue India. I know my pictures and styling don’t come anywhere close to the ones […] Continue reading →
