Third Linden Rezday

Even though I blogged just a month ago, I still had to break my way into this site again because I forgot my password. I really am getting old. Lesson learned, I should log in here more often.

So April 15th is here again and now I am officially 3 years old on my Linden account. I started the same day the first Linden homes were released in Bellisseria and I don’t really remember much of my first day aside from all the paperwork from HR.

May 9th will also be my 15th year in Second Life as Strawberry Singh. I can’t believe it’s been 15 years. I don’t know what else to say except Second Life has had such a profound effect on my life that I still can’t grasp how different my life is now because of it.

I am the Senior Social Media Manager at Linden Lab and I’ve been trying my best to showcase this amazingly creative and diverse community of ours across our socials and web properties. Here are some of the ways:

• Second Life Pic of the Day – For a chance to be featured, submit your images to our Flickr group.
• Destination Guide – Submit your destination on our web form. Thousands of destinations are listed for you to explore.
• Blogger Network – For a chance to be featured, sign up here. We have over 800 bloggers and vloggers that have signed up and we can’t even keep up with all the amazing content coming in.
• Spotlight – We’ve been interviewing different Residents, sign up here for a chance to be interviewed as well.

I also do other Resident and Community highlights on Lab Gab, and I’ve started featuring Residents in our Instagram Stories recently. And if you haven’t already, please do follow us on the Social Networks you’re active on. There is so much incredible talent that I never have enough time or opportunity to showcase everything I want to.

Thank you all for all the creativity and love you pour into this platform. This is the best job I’ve ever had, my dream job, and this community is so inspiring.
