I think I’ve found a new favorite dark skin (I know, I say that every few weeks LOL) but I’m actually really loving the Sophia skin from Adam n Eve.

The shoes are by the talented Marni Grut of Royal Blue, currently available at Shoe Fair. I still haven’t had a chance to visit and actually shop as of yet but looking at some of my favorite bloggers, I can see there’s lots of shopping that needs to be done. I might brave the lag tonight, wish me luck!

I must apologize to a lot of the designers that drop items on me and I either don’t get to them right away or don’t end up blogging them at all. Although I do appreciate everything that is dropped on me, I somehow can’t seem to get myself to take a photo of something unless I feel inspired by it. That does not mean that I do not like the item itself, just that I wasn’t, for lack of a better word, “feeling” it that day. I received a lot of these items a few weeks back, and as you can see they are amazing. But I somehow could not get it together until today.

I still remember when I first put on the Plastik skins a few weeks back, I was just blown away by the
outrageous makeup. Although I am wearing bare face at the moment, I will blog all the different makeups available soon. I really want to do some sort of special picture for them, but I can’t seem to wrap my mind around it. I’m just giving it some time and hoping it will come to me.

I also received this gorgeous dress from Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy a few weeks back and although I was completely enamored by it, I wasn’t able to get myself to style and takes pics in it until I tried on the latest tattoo from Huz Tats. I must admit I am always apprehensive about trying color tattoos but I just thought these two really clicked together and I like the edginess the hair and piercings give to the whole look.

Finally, lets not even get me started on how happy I am with Fallingwater Cellardoor’s return. I remember back in my newbie days, Shiny Things was the first store I actually bought jewelry and decent shoes from. Since then it has always been my most favorite place for shoes.

This whole week I’ve received so much beautiful content from many different designers that I took pictures in and even started to blog. Then I ended up hating the pictures and had such an urge to hit delete I couldn’t stop myself. Since the contest, for some reason, I’ve started to doubt and question my abilities. Which is kind of strange, you’d think the opposite would occur and I would be more confident. However, that’s not the case. I was about to delete this picture as well and scrap this post, but was encouraged not to.

It’s rather frustrating since playing in photoshop can be so relaxing and fulfilling to me, but instead this week it’s been reverse. How do you get over doubt and uncertainty within yourself? How do you find a way to trust in yourself again?

As for the outfit; I adore this top. It’s beautifully sculpted and really accentuates your curves. Also it’s modify, therefore easily sizable.

I thought big red lips would suit this shot well and when I think of big red lips, AtomicBambi’s Imani skin is usually the first that pops into my mind. The lips on this skin are absolutely delicious.

The shades are from one of my favorite accessory stores, O!Bleak. Designer Dotty Latte makes some of the most amazingly sculpted jewelry, shoes and other accessories.

The body glitter didn’t show up very well in the picture. It just looks like white dots but inworld it’s very sparkly and cute, unlike bling.

I think I’m gonna try and find a way to get over this slump that I seem to be in by taking a strawberry bubble bath and then head to bed soon. I hope y’all have a great weekend! <3

Ok I admit to totally being lost in SL 2.0 still. It’s taking me a lot longer to get used than I thought it would. However, there are some features of it that I adore. One is the new tattoo layer. The above eyelash tattoo is a great replacement for those prim lashes that are always a pain to adjust. Available at Stellar Designs for only L$125

Glow Studio

The streaming makeup tat is from Glow Studio. They have a wide variety of face tattoos available for very reasonable prices. The Huz tattoo was released today and is only L$1.

The skin I’m wearing is from KA Designs and it is another darker skin that I have picked up and added to my collection. They have a great selection in dark skins with several different kinds of makeup.
