It started from a little harmless flirting last halloween when I told flufee just how I feel about him, on twitter. And Flufee responded, by asking me out. After months of waiting for this date, Valentine’s arrived and I put on my best mesh valentine’s dress. He took me to the gorgeous Lula sim and we giggled and chatted as we floated in the air. How could I not fall in love?
But little did I know, I wasn’t the ONLY date Flufee had on Valentine’s. He ditched me and all I was left with was a bottle of 1998 Chateau Fremont and a broken heart.

The other day Lulu Jameson asked to take my picture and this morning showed me this image, I was speechless. Lulu’s photography has always been so inspirational to me, not only because he’s so talented but because he’s a kind soul and his passion can be seen in his work. Thank you Lulu, for this gorgeous picture and for continuously inspiring me to do better. <3
Yesterday was the birthday of one of my most favorite artists, Kahlil Gibran. I really wanted to blog something about him and I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to. I remember being up late at night in my youth, completely indulged in “The Prophet” and lost in his art. Most of the quotes I have on my favorite quotes tumblr are also from Gibran (or Rumi, another one of my favs).
Also in my youth I was a big urdu poetry buff. I actually went to quite a few urdu poetry mushairas back then and I’ve been looking up translations of a lot of my favorites. The only problem is, the feeling gets lost in translation. But, I might share some over the next little while.
I was thinking the other day that I kinda like this blogging thing. It lets me share whatever randomness is swirling around in my head. Thanks for reading. <3
In a few days Glam Affair will be releasing a new skin by the name of Linn. Linn will come in 5 skintones (Light, Natural, Tan, MedTan and Dark) I am wearing tan. Each tone will come with dark and light brows as well as a hairbase option. I love the luscious lips on this skin. Each makeup looked phenomenal with these lips, but my heart went out to these gorgeous red lips. Keep an eye on the Glam Affair flickr to know when its released. You can check out a raw shot of myself wearing this skin that I shared in a plurk earlier today to get an idea of how the skin really looks without all my photoshopping.
I’ve been meaning to mention my new favorite eyes in a post for a while now. Before I left for vacation I had asked plurk about some eyes I had seen and desperately wanted. Surprisingly the talented gentleman that created those eyes is also on plurk. Fashism eyes by Ikon Innovia have become my new favorite eyes now and I have been wearing them over a month. I did a few pics in them already that can be found on my flickr. There are so many gorgeous colors to choose from but I especially love these deep warm sunrise that I’m also wearing here.
So if you are a hermit like me and have never been to Fashism, definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!
