You know I’m not one for system skirts because my behind is usually too big to fit in them and I am just too lazy to change my shape for any skins or clothing. However, this new release from Icing is fitted very well. I haven’t altered my shape at all for it. The texturing is fantastic and the style is just classically beautiful. The best part about it is, the skirt can be removed so you can wear just the lingerie underneath complete with garter and stockings. I feel like such a lady in this. I even got a compliment from Mr. Revolution (which is very rare :P).

Don’t worry everyone, I am still away from SL! :P

I have just setup this post to auto-post on Sunday, December 26th because I had the opportunity to be part of a fun game and I just couldn’t resist. Since I’m doing this post a few days ahead of time, please excuse me if I get any of the information wrong, you can verify with the lovely Faery Sola of Studio Sidhe if there’s some incorrect information below.

Studio Sidhe will be releasing this lovely dress I am wearing as a limited edition on December 26th. There will only be 50 of each color ever sold. There are 6 colors to choose from and each color is at a different Studio Sidhe location. The purple one I am wearing can be found at the Studio Sidhe location in H&S Village. Remember, this is a limited edition and only 50 will be sold so make sure to check it out soon!

Axel

Two new male skins from DNA Cloning Facilities, Axel and Damien. Damien is the more tall, dark and handsome type whereas Axel is cute, boyish, bratty and blond. I’m kinda really diggin Axel on man-berry. I think if I saw that walk past me down the road I would be like “helloooo.” Yeah so guys, definitely check out the new skins, they are delicious. When I got the skins and tried them on, I knew I just wanted to make them look a little badass and what makes you more badass than some awesome tattoos? I usually only wear tattoos from one place now, Huz Tats. That is my go to place for tattoos because he has a little bit of everything I would ever want. He’s got the best henna & kanji tattoos, funky colorful tattoos, horoscope tattoos and now he is even getting into face tats that are completely hand-drawn.

About a year ago is when I had my Last Call yard sale. Since then, every once in a while, I get asked where to buy more Last Call items. So when I heard about this wonderful charity event that JM Models was having, I knew I just had to tell y’all about it.

Over three years ago, Second Life lost one of the most talented and prolific designers that our virtual community has ever known – Ginny Talamasca. Ginny was one of the first established and well-known fashion designers in SL. Her death was an immense loss, however, her legacy carries on with beautifully and thoughtfully created ensembles, which have become collectors items in subsequent years. The true genius of Ginny’s creations is that … they’re still in style! <3

Now, the SL community once again has a chance to enjoy the genius of Ginny's designs while donating to a good cause. For more information please read the press release below.

Last Call Charity Runway Show and Live Auction

ABOUT:
Kate Stockholm and CheerCoach4EJS Gymnast (the masterminds behind this event) have rallied many generous people in Second Life to donate their LAST CALL outfits (created by the late and great Ginny Talamasca) to benefit the Toys for Tots Charity. These outfits feature high resolution texturing that was cutting edge for the time they where created and to this day still remain timeless and well made.

These outfits are no longer available to buy in Second Life so they are as rare as diamonds and before *Last Call* closed their doors, all outfits were made no-copy, no mod but transferrable.

The management and models at JM Models Modeling Agency is supporting this mammoth event and in the spirit of giving have organised a SHOW and LIVE AUCTION where bidding is open to anyone wanting to support this great charity as well as buy a gorgeous rare outfit. ALL Linden donations are welcome even if you’re not bidding for an outfit.

We anticipate this show will last for a few hours as we aim to auction off every outfit. Outfits not sold at the live auction will be placed on auction boards at the JM Models sim so people can come and bid on them at their own leisure – bidding closes Sunday 12th Dec midnight.
