Practice Makes Perfect
When I was a little girl, while teaching me to crochet, my mother always said “don’t give up, practice makes perfect.” I’d look down at the beautifully crocheted afghans she had been working on and be so envious and a little discouraged. I’d think to myself that I’d never be able to accomplish something that amazing. But I didn’t give up. I was determined to make something and after days and days I managed to make a small crochet teddy bear. I was so proud of myself.
So now these past two months of vacationing has caused me to be out of practice and I am feeling somewhat lost in SL and Photoshop. It’s taking me double the time to process images for my posts and they are not even close to what I was doing before. I’ll keep practicing, hopefully it’ll all come back once the jet lag wears off.
BTW, did you see the awesome new hair that was just released at Lelutka? I am loving it! There are eight new styles, here are two of my favs.
