Halloween 2018 in Second Life

For Halloween this year I want to explore a few spooky sims and also possibly live stream from them if I can. Before I get into the list of places though, some thing you will notice in my live streams tomorrow are the bloody footprints I’ll be leaving behind everywhere as I walk around. The Bloody Footprint Walker comes with a HUD that also controls sound & glow options and is a new release from Albion ScriptWorks for only L$150.

Some places I might visit and live stream from on Halloween:

• The Haunt of the Sacred Moon – Open to the public from October 12th till November 3rd. Description from their flickr: “Long ago, the witches of the Sacred Moon salted the earth here and deemed it too evil to continue their legacy. Are you ready to be scared? The Haunt of the Sacred Moon is a fully immersive area designed to scare the pants off of you! Follow the storyline to see all of the locations. Actors will pop up randomly at different times to add to your frightening experience.”

• Pendle Hill – “Welcome to Pendle Hill, a new creepy sim build by Lauren Bentham. Explore the dark side of Second Life in this creepy haunted island, Bring your friends and wander the misty shores and haunted house of Pendle Hill…but remember, it is not what you can see that is truly scary, it is what you cant see. Don’t forget your camera, so you can take home some photo memories of your visit.”

• Uri Jefferson’s Freakshow – “Come one, come all, step right up! Let us take you back to the days of old, the days of awe, the days of the Freaks! Come discover this macabre carnival of oddities and inversions of nature. Discover the curiosities and see the 20 living freaks, the wonders of the world. Step right up, step right up! Just in time for Halloween, too! You’ve already got your ticket, there’s no turning back now!”

• Haunted Silent Peacock Hotel – “Miss Penny Peacock has recently inherited the Silent Peacock Hotel. But her grandfathers didn’t say anything about it being haunted or about any of the strange rumors that the hotel has come to hold over the years. The Town is owned by the Peacock family. But the family holds many secrets.”
• Second Life Halloween Creepy Crawl 2018 – You can join the Lindens for inworld meetups and spooky shenanigans at these participating venues on Oct. 31 from 10am – 2pm PDT.
