#SecondLifeChallenge – Halloween in Second Life

This week’s #SecondLifeChallenge was requested by the BVN team. They wanted to have a Halloween style contest and offer 3 of the participants some wonderful prizes. Check out all of the details below for this week’s challenge and their contest. I hope you are able to participate in both this week!

Here are the instructions for the #SecondLifeChallenge this week: Style your avatar for Halloween and take a picture or make a video! Don’t forget to leave a comment below with a link to your Halloween picture or video so we can all come by and check it out! You are also encouraged to share your picture/video in the #SecondLifeChallenge flickr group as well as the Blogger & Vlogger Network flickr group.

Here are the instructions for the Halloween style contest by BVN: The Blogger & Vlogger Network requested this week’s challenge so they can offer prizes to 3 of the participants this week. In order to enter their contest, you must leave a comment with a link to your Halloween style photo/video on their Facebook post. You have until October 31st to enter their contest. Then on November 1st they will use a randomizer to sort the names of all entrants and select the 2nd, 14th, and 22nd names listed on the randomizer (the number equivalent of the letters “BVN”) and give them each 1500L worth of gifts and prizes. All of the details about this contest are on their website and facebook page post.

You don’t have to enter their contest to do this challenge, but it is a nice little perk if you’d like to try just for fun, especially since the winners are chosen at random.

My Halloween look this year is Zombie Prom Queen and of course my prom date is in the bucket that I’m holding. I had so much fun dressing myself up for this look. A lot of the items are either from subscription boxes or different Halloween events going on inworld. Check out my full style details at the end of this post to see where I got these items to put this look together. I look forward to seeing all of your creative Halloween costumes as well!

You don’t have to have a blog to do this challenge, you can do it on any social media platform or vlog on youtube. Just don’t forget to tag your post with #SecondLifeChallenge and then leave the link to your post in the comments of this post.

Please remember there is no time limit to do this challenge, you can participate in any #SecondLifeChallenge at any time.
