Never Have I Ever Challenge!
I am attempting to bring my Monday Memes back, because I miss doing them so much. However, I am not sure I’ll be able to do them continuously every Monday. So I’ll keep it easy and just do them when I can.
For this week’s Monday Meme, I am going to play the Never Have I Ever game, where I will post a series of statements about your Second Life and you have to answer by admitting if you have or have never done that thing. Most of the time the statements are supposed to be about things people don’t necessarily want to admit to, however, I do want to point out that I don’t think there is anything wrong with any of these things and I am totally not judging you if you DO do any of these things and enjoy doing them in your Second or even first life. To each their own! Besides, who am I to judge, I like to take porny pictures with my ALT, right?
I did do a judgmental picture for today’s post though because I thought it would be fun. Don’t I look like a stuck up princess ready to judge everyone? I love it!
Meme instructions: Copy and paste the following statements and answers to your post, delete my answers and input your own. Don’t forget to leave a link to your post in the comments so others can come by and read your answers as well!
- Never have I ever had sex, in Second Life. – I have. I guess I can’t weasel out of this one.
- Never have I ever visited a sex sim, in Second Life. – I have. I went to Bukkake Bliss when it was still around back in 2008. I don’t know what the latest sex sims are that the kids these days are hanging out at.
- Never have I ever been an escort or stripper, in Second Life. – I have never. I was a belly dancer though but didn’t strip.
- Never have I ever been in porn videos in Second Life. – I have never. (that I know of)
- Never have I ever done things that may be illegal in the real world, in Second Life. – I have. Drugs are illegal but hopefully I won’t get arrested for admitting that.
- Never have I ever created an ALT for secret activities, in Second Life. – I have. Unfortunately the activities were not as scandalous as you may be thinking.
- Never have I ever had a one night stand, in Second Life. – I have. Long time ago.
- Never have I ever been part of a roleplay community, in Second Life. – I have never, which is surprising but I am not very good at roleplay.
- Never have I ever discovered a new fetish, because of Second Life. – I have never. (I think)
- Never have I ever done things in Second Life that I wouldn’t admit to my friends or family. – I have. Pretty much my whole Second Life.
I do want to give a big thanks to my plurk friends for helping me out with some of these things. I thought of the idea but then I drew a blank on what I could use. I wanted to make it fun and interesting, not sure I accomplished that, but I think it’s a good exercise to be open about our desires and activities in SL, (sometimes.) If you feel like any of the statements are too intrusive, feel free to skip them but I do hope you give it a chance!

Excellent! I needed some way to rationalize blogging, and you’ve provided a terrific topic that didn’t involve me buying clothes or accessories!
The last Never is the toughie for me and the reason I’ve not blogged to the extent I maintained last year at this time. I guess we write for other SLers, who are just a real as our first life friends and family. But, I needed to balance things out. Get a grip and devote some energies to first life friends and family who just do not get my Second Life attachment.
When I can add pix to my writing, I’ll post it.

Saw this VERY late and my answers are pretty easy so will post here.
The only thing I “HAVE” done in the list is be part of a role play community. That involved no sex at all even though the sim was pretty sex oriented (that seemed to be the focus of your inquiry). I could tell myself that my reticence to partake was because I was then still on the LEA committee. And that might be true.
But whether or not it is, I am not a great para role player. I might be better at something more like improve where we play parts and go with the flow. I was an actress after all. For me, the WAITING for the next bit of storyline was painful – LOL. I did very much enjoy living in the sim though. So very pretty and watching the neighbors was much like reliving my trailer park (oh no, sorry — “mobile home park”)days of long ago.
I will try and check in more often for other memes :D.

Never have I ever created an ALT for secret activities, in Second Life.– Actually, since my persona is the military leader of a small country, I do maintain alts to gather military and diplomatic intelligence. I don’t sleep around in alts, or deceive lovers.

Never have I ever been part of a roleplay community, in Second Life.– I have done combat and medical roleplay, and presently do science fiction roleplay in sims based on the Firefly/Serenity universe.
Never have I ever discovered a new fetish, because of Second Life. – Actually, I came here from Utherverse/Red Light Center, and have abandoned fetishes I discovered there.
