Take me to Jodhpur
The Arcade Gacha Events returns March 1st and Zaara is taking us all to Jodhpur, India this round. Jodhpur is the second largest city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is often referred to as the “Blue City” due to the vivid blue-painted houses that surround the infamous Mehrangarh Fort.
It is one of these blue houses that Zaara has so lovingly built for us to enjoy, along with a selection of furnishings and decor items that resonate with the colors of Jodhpur.
You can’t really see the blue color of the house that well in my pictures, so make sure to check out Zaara’s Flickr to see all of the images in detail and you can also click over to her plurk where she shared some real life images that she took herself when she visited Jodhpur and got inspired by it.

Zaara Kohime’s work has been inspiring my pictures for many years but now her work also inspires me to travel and see more of the world. Jodhpur is now on my list of must-see cities!

India is my weakness, I admit that 🙂 I really fell in love with all those rich colors, flavors and music. The video in post is great, views of Jodhpur – amazing, so small houses in blue, like in magic world. And home and decor of Zaara’s looked so close to real, wow. Your outfit is really beautiful, red with gold (also as deep blue with gold) – royal looking colors. Thank you for an awesome post and a little magic of India 🙂
After visiting a mayan sim a few years back I took an in depth real life journey through the Yucatan and Guatemala!! I’ve done a fair bit of travel but both India and Iceland are still on my bucket list! Can you imagine anything more opposite!! 😀
