Romance & TLC

It’s Friday but this isn’t a Friday Find post. I am planning to do one later today, possibly tomorrow. I missed my Friday Find post last week so this week is going to be extra long because I have lots to share. So make sure to drop by again later!

Romance & TLC

A big thank you to my friend Jaxon (aka Mr. CrazyChef) for posing with me again. He actually helped me a lot with the decoration and setup of these images because as you know, I am homeless and not very good at home decor. Jaxon also blogged one of these sets so I’ll be linking to his posts for his style credits below.

Romance & TLC

Romance is in the air at TLC this month with the theme “Classic Romance” just in time for Valentine’s Day. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry and pretty dresses this month, however what I loved the most were the buildings and furnishings.

In the first image, the build behind us is Apple Fall’s Carnaby Build and the textures are just amazing inside the building as well as the outside. Currently available at TLC, it is texture change and comes with 4 storefront colors and 2 brickwork colors.

In the second image, the bathtub is the Brentwood tub from Eli Baily. It comes in 5 different patterns on the tub itself but I was just blown away by the textures on the feet alone. It looks incredibly real when you see it inworld. Probably one of the most beautiful bathtubs I’ve seen in Second Life, also currently available at TLC. The pose we are in is one of the animations that comes with the tub.

sweet seduction

The bed in the last image is not at TLC but also fits the romance theme well. It is from Aria, currently available at The Mens Dept. It comes in both PG and Adult versions and is at a special heavily discounted price at the event so definitely something you want to go check out now. The pose we are in came with the bed along with the rose petals.

Speaking of romance and Valentine’s Day, have you guys heard about Linden Lab’s call for Valentine’s Day snapshots? They are looking for images to use for their banner campaigns and all you have to do is add your image to the Official Second Life flickr group and make sure to tag it with “SLVday2015” and yours might be chosen!

your pictures as always are so well done. When I look at any picture wheather it be a photo, painting, sketch…I find if it stirs some emotion in me when I look at it, causing me to emerse myself into it, that I love it all the more. Your photos do just that to me. I find them whimsical, happy, sad, etc. I try to do the same with my own photos. I find the best part of my pictures to me, is the set up. I enjoy that the most.

So thank you Berry, and your friend JAXON for another round of excellent pictures.
