Indulgence

The theme for Uber this round is Opulence and it kind of goes perfect with my new year resolution, to indulge myself more often. This is the kind of indulgence I want more often this year!

A lot of fantastic items this month. I especially loved all of the items from Eudora, they always do an exceptional job but this time they collaborated with L’enfant Terrible and upped the wow factor even more!

Both Manberry and I are sporting mesh bodies in this post. He’s wearing the free version of the mesh body from The Mesh Project and I’m wearing my Maitreya Lara. I’m discovering how easy it is to wear clothing with the Maitreya body because of the fantastic alpha hud. Unfortunately since I have no alpha hud for the TMP body, Manberry has to be naked when wearing his. Oh well, no complaints about that!

The holidays are almost over for me now, back to work on Monday. I was surrounded by family the past few weeks and although it’s been nice, my house has been incredibly noisy to the point where I want to crawl into a little hole and escape the world for a few days. Second Life has also been quite busy for me and will be even more so in January so I’m thinking this March for spring break I will go some place where no one ever talks and all I hear is silence for a week. Is there a place like that anywhere on this Earth? I bet I would get sick of it anyways and will start craving human interaction. For now I’ll just continue to lock myself in my bedroom with chocolate, a good book and my computer. Obviously I need to find more ways to indulge myself.
