Weekly Roundup & Friday Find – Love Ship

I hadn’t done a ‘Friday Find‘ post in so long but now with my new computer, I want to do them all the time! I also miss doing the Weekly Roundup posts since I was able to talk about lots of random things in them that I wanted to mention to you guys so I am also going to try and do them more often as well. Let’s see if I can keep it up this time!
Friday Find: Love Ship
I decided to cover Love Ship this week because it’s owned by a friend, Mr. Crazychef. He invited me to come by since he had it all decorated for winter. So I dropped by and I kind of fell in love with all the animals.
He actually created the sim for the Free Bird Tour of Homes Event taking place from December 18th – 21st. The sim will be open to the public from December 9th – January 10th and what I love is that he has allowed anyone to rez there. I am definitely planning to go back for more wintery pics before he closes it up.

Weekly Roundup
- Second Life 2014 New Year Contest – Linden Lab is holding a New Years Contest with some fabulous Linden prizes – L$10,000, L$5,000, L$3,000 or L$1,000. They want you to submit pictures of the new look you have for your avatar or if you are celebrating for new years inworld with your friends, take pics and share them. For all the details and such, you can click over to their forum post.
- Firestorm on SLGO! – A few weeks ago OnLive, the providers of SLGo, announced a new addition to the SLGo service: The Firestorm Viewer. Now you have a choice between the official viewer or firestorm viewer if you use SLGO to log into Second Life. Both teams, Firestorm & Onlive also had a special meeting earlier this week which can view on youtube and also Inara Pey has done a wonderful job of covering. Although I do not use the SLGO service myself, I have tried it out and I am a big fan of it. I think it’s a great alternative if you wish to SL on the Go or even if you don’t have a high end computer.
- Buzzfeed quizzes – Someone recently told me that I’m addicted to Buzzfeed quizzes, but like, how am I supposed to know that I’m a girly-girl princess if I don’t do them? What Type of Girl Are You?

Nath yes, it took me so long to get to his sim too! But I’m glad I waited cuz it was awesome taking pics there with the new PC. I think my most favorite thing about it is my new 3D mouse, well, aside from the video card that is.

In a huge world like SL its always hard to find really pretty sims which is why I love your Friday finds.
