Chandni

Chandni

In Sanskrit, the name Chandni means moonlight and it’s one of the names my father uses for me when he’s being especially endearing. Since I have been begging Ms. Zaara Kohime to make a mesh lehenga for me for about 2 years now, she said that I get to name it. So here is the new Chandni lehenga from Zaara. It will be released on October 10th at Mystic Realms Faire.

In love there is nothing but sorrow

The whole outfit comes in standard sizing and there are four pieces to it. The blouse, dupatta (scarf), hip jewel, and the lehenga (skirt). There are 9 different colors, 8 of which come with gold print and one of them, the white one you see me wearing in the second image, comes in silver. It is elegant but also fun and playful. Zaara rigged it quite well too so it’s actually pretty easy to dance in as well.

I had to share these last two images as well even though I didn’t take them. These are the vendor ads that Zaara took herself but asked me and my alt to pose in them with her. I absolutely adore the shadows and movement she used. We look like princesses playing in the courtyard of the palace.

The build you see in the last three images is Zaara’s work in progress, which she has put a bit of a hold on right now. I hope she is able to get back to it in a few months because it is already so stunning, I can’t wait for you all to see the end result.

Mystic Realms Faire opens on October 10th. You can check out their shopping guide to see what will be available there and this is the SLurl which will be open to public access starting October 10th.

Also, today is Eid Al-Adha, so happy Eid to all those that celebrate!

  7. So beautiful – and what a perfect name for it. Zaara is a lovely designer, with such a delicate way that is at the same time rich, even lush. I love her jewels and accessories as well as her clothing.
Thank you for posting about this, as I will jet over to the Faire the moment it opens!
Happy Eid to all who celebrate!

Such a gorgeous outfit, well done Zaara. And you wear it so beautifully, Berry ♥

  9. Thanks everyone for all your comments! Anytime I’m not blogging, I quickly put this lehenga back on lol. It’s my fav thing to hit the grid for a very long time.
