The Maharani’s Boudoir

Maharani is sanskrit for a very great Princess, who ranks above the queen. So she is the queen of all queens and the wife of the Maharaja.

Zaara Kohime has created a vanity set which you would find in a Maharani’s Boudoir for this September’s Arcade Gacha Events. You can see the complete set as well as details of certain items on Zaara’s flickr. Zaara has also put a DEMO/display of all of the items in this set in her mainstore. So if you’d like to take a close look at it before Arcade begins, take the SLurl to the Zaara mainstore.

This month’s Arcade Gacha event starts Monday, September 1st at midnight slt. The Arcade shopping guide has been released, so you can click over to the Arcade blog and start making your shopping list. What else goes on in the Maharani’s Boudoir? A little cat and mouse game as you can see. The pouncing cat is from Fashionably Dead and can also be found at Arcade this month. I had to pick up a little mesh mouse from marketplace so it had something to play with.

Finally, and probably one of my most favorite things in the Arcade this round. The adorable sleeping puppy from Ispachi. I had to make a little video of it, it’s just too cute.

I usually just live on an empty platform but I rezzed this house and items for this post and now I don’t want to put them away. I quite like my maharani boudoir.

Update: Please note that both the vanity set and bedroom set are modify, so you can resize them to scale. I just didn’t realize how big the bed looked in the second image until I got it into photoshop. But I have resized it inworld now and you should be able to as well.
