Playing with Fate
Fateplay recently had its first anniversary and at the same time Damien Fate is also having a contest. You just have to wear FATEplay clothing, take an image and then submit it into the official FATEdesign flickr group for a chance to win all future FATEplay releases for the next year. You have until August 21st.
I’m wearing the male version of the Wasteland Ranger outfit. Do I look like a hunter? He’s made both male and female versions of his recent releases.
As you can see, I took Manberry out for a long walk today. After I shot the fate contest picture, I took him to The Mens Dept. This month the selection is amazing and you can see some of the items listed on their blog.
Manberry is wearing the fitted mesh version of the Zaara Kurta, which is also available at the Mens Dept this month. The kurta also comes in standard sizing but I decided to try the fitted mesh version of it since I haven’t played around with fitted mesh in a while. It really works well and I actually liked the way it fit and draped better than the medium standard size Manberry normally wears. If you pick up this kurta, let me know how you liked the fitted mesh version.
Then I took him over to Diesel Works to pick up the free couples pose you see in the second picture. It comes with the resizable crown and I love the confident male pose it has. The pose is called King & Queen.

i tend to not have much luck uploading my pictures to some flickr accounts because mine is set to mature. Any ways your much better with photos than I am. I do so love your blogs, and have learned so much from your tutuorials. I try to take my alt MANNMagik out but…when i load them both up on the same computer it lags me out so bad. Sometimes tho I can’t resist a sexy couples pose…so the lag is worth the effort.
@Starved Magic – A tip for if your computer can’t handle having two accounts logged in at once, but you only need to pose them for photoshoots is this:
– Log both accounts in
– Go to the graphics preferences of one of them (it doesn’t matter which) and pull EVERYTHING down as low as it will go
– Take your snapshots using the other account
A lot of people don’t even give a thought to the fact that, with two accounts logged in, both accounts are running with all their usual high graphics settings. If you’re taking couple pose snapshots then you only need one of those accounts to be running at high settings.
Another option, if you’re still lagged after that, is to bring up the debug menu and change the background yield time. This video will show you how to do that:

Basically, it will make the account that you’re running in the background (the one you’re not taking the pics with) run with a much, much lower fps, which places less strain on your computer’s CPU.

Skell, that’s actually exactly what I do. I login to firestorm or exodus usually when I am using an alt with my main and I keep my graphics turned all the way down on them. It really helps with lag and crashes.
@Skell Thank you so much for the help.I appriciate it. I will do that. I know before I downloaded the latest version of Firestorm, my computer was able to handle up to three accounts logged in at the same time. I have what I thought was a high graphic computer, I guess at the time. I have Alienware 5.1 with the highest graphics i could get two years ago.
