Zaara Kohime is releasing her Mens Classic mesh suit in a variety of bright pop colors for the Mens Dept this month, so I thought it would be fun to make this week’s Monday Meme all about color!

Ms. Kohime actually requested Mr. Jefferson and Manberry to pose for the vendor of these suits (seen below) and when we were shooting for that, I got the idea of this meme. So I asked Mr. Jefferson to meet up with me another time to shoot the images for this post and requested he mix and match his favorite colors for it. So what did he do? Of COURSE he added teal because he KNOWS how much I HATE teal so OF COURSE teal had to be in the post. HE EVEN MADE HIS HAIR TEAL!!!!

Anyhow, my favorite colors are purple and pink. However, I don’t wear those colors that often. You’ll usually catch me sporting more earthy tones for the most part, but purples and pinks definitely make me happy.

I didn’t totally kill Mr. Jefferson for showing up in teal because first, he’s already a dead vampire so the killing part is pointless and second, because he took me to this mesmerizing sim I had never been to before, so we shot the first two images there. The place is called Metamorphosis by Igor Ballyhoo and it kind of messes with your mind a bit. He took me all the way to the top which kind of leaves you with a lot of questions to ponder. It’s definitely an interesting visit and it WAS supposed to be my Friday Find last week but RL took over and I wasn’t able to get to it. I decided to include a picture of Zaara’s vendors all setup at the Mens Dept along with an image of the new HUD that is sold separately as well, so you can see all of the new colors the suit is available in. The new HUD will work on these bright pop color suits as well as the classic mesh suits that were previously released in neutral colors. The suits are at a special price of L$295 each for the Mens Dept and the new HUD is also L$295.

This is a very special month for The Mens Dept as it has moved to its very own sim! The sim is called TMD and it will have around 30 stores surrounding the event location which will carry a variety of items specifically for men and some unisex items. Most of your favorite TMD designers have already started moving in, including: Tableau Vivant, Nikotin, Exile, Deadwool, Remarkable Oblivion, Aitui, Cheerno, Gabriel, Eudora3d, Flite and many, many more with a few of them actually having their mainstores on the TMD sim. So this will definitely be the new destination for mens fashion!

The sim is open to the public now and the Mens Dept event starts on the 5th. Teleport to the new TMD sim now!
