Paper Couture Collection 2013

Paper Couture is about to release their 2013 collection, aptly named Timeless Romance. I have only seen a few pieces of the collection so far and I’m very impressed, especially with the jewelry! I have always been a big fan of Paper Couture jewels. I’m not sure when exactly it will be released but I’m told it will be another week or so.
From what I have seen, the collection has at least 3 exquisite gowns and a lace pantsuit. I am wearing the Margarete gown, very romantic and perfect for a fall wedding. There are also several accessories such as the flower veil and of course the infamous jewelry. Paper Couture has always been known for their statement jewels and this release will have the same boldness as previous releases. The jewels are all mesh and the gowns are a mix of system and mesh pieces, all very intricately done.

The skin I am wearing is a mixture of skins actually. The body is from League but the face is the latest skin, Kandy, from The Shops. I mixed it up with the previous Shops skin, pussy, lips tattoo. I had a little help from my plurk friends yesterday when deciding on how to wear this skin, you can see the results in this plurk.
Also, ever since I have started wearing The Shops skins, I have gotten numerous people messaging me asking me to explain how I pick up a demo and then purchase their skins. You see they have a HUD system which can be a bit tricky to maneuver so I thought I would quickly go ahead and do a video tutorial about that. Finally, I just wanted to quickly mention and thank Mr. Ciaran Laval for interviewing me last week and writing an epic three-post roleplay interview in my honor, lol. When I answered his questions, I wasn’t aware that they would develop into a whole story, which he wrote very creatively. I enjoyed the read so thank you Mr. Ciaran for that.

Thanks for the info., would never have had the patience to even try w/o it. I don’t know if it’s the lag, or the bug – but this sure seems like a lot of trouble to go through just to try on a skin! I hope it gets more user friendly – and responsive – in the near future.
Loved the tutorial Berry. I had been to the Skin Shop months ago and was all “Whaaaaa?” and left! I appreciated your help with it, even if your camera work was a bit click happy. 😉 I navigated The Skin Shop much easier this time around thanks to you and my Micah is fab for it! 😉

I actually like that HUD delivery system. I’m not sure if it’s a more simple method of shopping though, but then again the only reason I shop inworld is for the shopping experience.

Cali, yes I agree, I do hope to see improvements to the system in the future even though I do feel it is kind of a neat idea.
Prisilla, I know, I am totally click happy and I say ummmm too much and my ceiling fan always makes way too much noise so there’s a lot of muffled and heavy wind type noise in my videos, lol. I am like the worst for making good videos hahahaha but at least you guys know what I’m trying to tell you. 😛
