Sandstorm

Mr. Damien Fate has started a new venture by the name of FATEplay. FATEplay opened just yesterday and will be catering to those that want a bit more fantasy in their slives. If you’ve never heard the term Cosplay before, it’s basically short for “costume play” and consists of cosplayers wearing costumes and/or accessories to represent specific characters or ideas from fiction.

The beautiful dress I’m wearing is also Materials-Ready as all Fate designs are since the Materials Project has been implemented. Mr. Fate is always ahead of the game and I’m really looking forward to seeing more amazing quality mesh costumes and ideas that will be coming from FATEplay.

For full details about the store, you can check out the FATEplay blog post on Damien’s blog. Now here are different ways you can check out FATEplay:

In other news, I’ve been having a really great week and today was just like the cream cheese frosting on the cake. I’ve been really trying hard to focus and better myself in many aspects of my life and I feel as if it’s finally starting to pay off. The past couple of years have been a bit crazy in my life and now I feel like the sandstorm has ended. All the dust has settled and I can finally see clearly. My life has some sort of direction and that alone gives me so much confidence and solace.

Along with cleaning up my life, I’ve been also cleaning up my blog a bit. I’ve moved all of my ads from Second Life merchants higher and they are above the rest. You can see them all on my sidebar —> posemakers, jewelers, clothing designers and even template stores and more. A big thank you to all of them for getting an ad with me and supporting my blog! I hope you guys click on their ads and check them out! I’ve also cleaned up a lot of my links and and organized a lot of stuff in the back-end, which I’m sure is not visible to you guys but it makes me feel better knowing it’s all fixed up. Now I just need to make time to do the same thing to my inworld inventory!

Finally, off topic, did you guys know that Darude Sandstorm is a meme? I used to see it all over youtube and I never understood it until recently and then I laughed and shook my head cuz really, it’s not that funny. 😛 Anyhow, here’s 10 hours of Sandstorm by Darude because…why not?

  • Oh God. So pretty. If I wasn’t broke, as a roleplayer in SL, I’d be all over those clothes and blog them like a madwoman from inside the sim I roleplay in. D:

So beautiful! I want your entire outfit! <3

  • Congratulations on (firstly)putting yourself first and (secondly) promoting Second(ly) Life merchants! Wish Linden Labs would do the same on their Second Life websites.
