Eternal Longing
So I was really excited to have found this beautiful sim on Honour McMillan’s blog and I couldn’t wait to shoot there. I even liked the way the pictures were turning out but while I was processing them I was chatting with my friend, Anubis Darkwatch, and I asked him his opinion on something in the picture and he said, and I quote, “Looks like Mars, I’m waiting for Curiosity to stroll by.” RUINED! He’s RUINED my pictures cuz now I will forever think that I was on Mars. Thanks Anubis! 😛
Anyhow, I’m really excited about this post for several reasons and the first one is my new, amazingly awesome mesh hair. I had never been to Alice Project before but then I saw this awesome picture of Mr. Jefferson on his flickr and heard there was a sale going on so I had to make some time to head on over there. All of the hair (and there’s lots of mesh goodies) is 50% off! You really HAVE to go take advantage of this sale because the styles are quite amazing. I think out of all the hair I picked up today, this is my fav! The sale ends on the 15th (which is today) so take the slurl and go now!
The other exciting news is one of my other favorite stores, Wishbox, is also having a sale right now! I really love their silks and in fact one of my most fav pics I’ve taken is in one of their silks, you can check it out on my flickr here. While I was processing these images I was thinking about this old bollywood song that I used to love, still do. It’s kind of a sad song and went with my sad mood today. Here’s a modern version of the song with english subtitles, but I must warn you that these subtitles are really horrible and take a lot away from the poetry but at least it’ll give you a little idea of the song in case you were wondering.
