Love Thursday – Zaara Mojris

Normally I try not to make my Love Thursdays or Berry’s Favorite Things posts revolve around Zaara’s creations, because she is constantly mean to me, but I just couldn’t resist this time. Ever since Zaara Kohime decided to make mojris inworld, I have been giddy with excitement because mojris are something I love to wear in RL as well.

Mojris are traditionally made from leather and originate from Rajasthan. I wear mojris often in RL, not only with my indian attire, but also with jeans, skirts, etc… They just go so well with everything and their unique boat-like structure makes them extremely comfortable and durable to wear. I wouldn’t actually just call them footwear, they are usually so colorfully embroidered that they look like a work of art.

That is just what Zaara has created, a true work of art, except she has taken it one step further. These colorful flats are scripted so when you click, a menu will pop up where you can resize with ease, you will have an option for gold or silver lining and the top part of the shoe can be changed into 12 different colors. That means if you purchase the fatpack of these shoes, you will have over 140 different options to choose from.

So now you can see WHY I chose these for my Love Thursday this week. I’ll probably be living in these like I do in RL for a while now.
