In a few days Glam Affair will be releasing a new skin by the name of Linn. Linn will come in 5 skintones (Light, Natural, Tan, MedTan and Dark) I am wearing tan. Each tone will come with dark and light brows as well as a hairbase option. I love the luscious lips on this skin. Each makeup looked phenomenal with these lips, but my heart went out to these gorgeous red lips. Keep an eye on the Glam Affair flickr to know when its released. You can check out a raw shot of myself wearing this skin that I shared in a plurk earlier today to get an idea of how the skin really looks without all my photoshopping.

I’ve been meaning to mention my new favorite eyes in a post for a while now. Before I left for vacation I had asked plurk about some eyes I had seen and desperately wanted. Surprisingly the talented gentleman that created those eyes is also on plurk. Fashism eyes by Ikon Innovia have become my new favorite eyes now and I have been wearing them over a month. I did a few pics in them already that can be found on my flickr. There are so many gorgeous colors to choose from but I especially love these deep warm sunrise that I’m also wearing here.

So if you are a hermit like me and have never been to Fashism, definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!

The dress I picked up from the je suis Christmas Market. You’ll find an adorable little area full of small stalls from various stores (Julia was also sweet enough to save a space for me and my gift cards). I also picked up an adorable snowman from the market along with other little accessories and some gorgeous hair.

So I’m gonna be totally honest with you guys. I’ve been going through a lot recently and it’s been affecting every aspect of my life; from my decision making (or lack thereof) to my irrational behavior and my complete disregard for people’s feelings. It’s almost as if I’m on this train that’s going 1000 miles per hour and there’s just no way to stop it and if I stop to think and look around too much, it’s just going to make me dizzy. I don’t even know if I’m making any sense right now. All I know is, I feel lost. But as lost as I feel, the train ride is kinda fun. I guess I’ll just shutup and see where I end up.

So yeah, totally rambled there but hey, that’s what blogs are for! Not like anyone really reads this stuff anyways. Most of you are just lookin at the pretty pictures and checking out the credits now, right? Yeah, that’s what I thought. :P

To view the above restricted picture on my flickr stream, check your safe search settings.

A couple of days ago I discovered that my account on flickr was flagged, therefore marked as restricted. That basically means my account would be inaccessible to people that did not have a flickr account, were not over 18 and also resided in certain countries such as Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea and more I’m not sure of. I’m usually very careful about setting the correct safety levels on my pictures, but I guess I had missed something.

So after going through all my pictures, I sent it over to flickr staff to review and the next morning my account was marked safe once again. :) I’m really happy with flickr’s response and I’ve decided I am going to be extra careful about marking my nude photography as restricted. I will also include some lingerie and swimwear shots as such to be on the safe side.

Since I’m planning to do all of that, I figured I’d do a quick tutorial to show you guys how to setup your flickr account so you are able to see my restricted pictures on my flickr, especially from my bare series. I love it when you guys leave me comments and fav my pictures, therefore I do want to make sure y’all can see them, so here goes!

First, create a flickr account and then make sure you are over the age of 18 before you continue! :P Now, you want to go into your safe search settings. You can do that by clicking on this link or by going to:
http://www.flickr.com/account > Privacy & Permissions tab > then “edit” the Search settings at the bottom below “Content Filters”

After clicking, you will see something similar as the screenshot above. ^^ You want to make sure you have turned Safe Search “off” and under “Content Type” and “Media Type” checkmark everything.

One thing I noticed after I had my account reviewed by flickr staff, I had my pictures set to photos and the staff had changed them all to screenshots. I am not going to change that since that’s what they set it at, so it’s really important you guys enable all the content types or you may not be able to see all the images in my stream and the streams of other SLers.

Once you’ve gone through all these steps, you should be able to see all the public content on my flickr stream. If not, then you probably reside in one of the countries where restricted content is not accessible, but you should be able to still view the safe content on my stream. I hope y’all do this and if you have any questions, feel free to email me or check out the flickr help section about content filters.

Today I am in a dancing mood. I’ve been dancing around my room all morning to On the floor. You should totally listen to it too while reading this blog post, it’ll make the pictures come to life. :D

This new skin from L.Fauna has me all excited. I believe this is probably the darkest skin I own now, love it! The name of the skin is Lea and she should be released later today. Lea comes in 9 tones with 4 cleavage options, options for freckles and all makeup is on tattoo layers. Remember to take the slurl to L.Fauna later today to try on a demo.

There’s a few important things I wanted to talk about in this post, first I’ll start off with the Berry poses (that are named after yours truly) created by Takeshi Kiama of Frozen Panty (lol @ the store name). Keshi is absolutely phenomenal at everything he does, from his blogging, to his pictures and now he has started to make some very creative poses with props. This pose set is called the Berry pose set and it’s a very “spring-themed” set. The set comes with six poses and there are two single berries along with a bunch of berries that attach to your left and right hand. There is also a lovely basket full of strawberries that is included. The pose set should be in the store today so make sure to check it out. Thank you Keshi for naming this adorable set after me! :D <3

The other very important things I wanted to talk about today was the closing of Tiny Bird and Second Style. I was very saddened by the news of both closings. Not only because I adore the creator of Tiny Bird, Autumn Hykova, but also because she continuously created quality content for so many years. Her adorable dresses, hairstyles, hairbases are still some of my favs in my inventory. I wish her well, you will be missed Autumn. <3

Second Style is one of the first magazines I read as a newb and I was just in awe of all the glossy pictures and gorgeous avatars that resided within it. I am so happy I got the opportunity to be a part of it for two issues. I wish the Second Style team the best in all their future endeavors! <3
