No, I am NOT getting married! :P

I think what I love about Second Life the most is that I can be any skin tone I want to be, change my hair color every minute and go from a tattoo covered girl with lots of piercings to a blushing bride within minutes. The possibilities are endless and the creativity of all the talented content creators on the grid is wonderful.

Today I’m wearing Nina, which is a new skin from Baiastice and will be released tomorrow. Nina comes in 3 tones (dark, peach and porcelaine) and 12 makeups. I am wearing porcelaine. Each makeup comes with 4 different eyebrows (blonde, black, brown and red) as well as 4 different hairbases to match the brows. Other options available for purchase are cleavage, pubic hair, (in different shades), an Alpha Mask to cover up default lashes, 3 different eyebrows base styles, tattoo face freckles and tattoo teeth.

This head-turning gown is from Gizza. It comes in 4 gorgeous colors (Pearl, Black, Champagne and Olive) and I think the Pearl would make a wonderful bridal dress. You’d definitely be making a statement walking in with that on.

Felicity and I have been trying to get together for weeks now for a combined blog post, however we’ve both been pretty preoccupied. She’s the Belleza Brand Manager and has been busy blogging up a storm, and I’ve just been a lazy ass and enjoying my summer. :P

Today I found out that there’s a blogger challenge going on so I thought this is just the perfect timing. The challenge is to blog about someone that inspires you. So here she is, my inspiration, Felicity Blumenthal.

I met her on plurk back when we all first joined in 2008. One thing I noticed about her right away was her loving nature. She’s the type of friend that I wish I could be and so thankful to have. She’s always there to lend an ear when you want someone to talk to or have your back when you need it the most!

She’s also incredibly stylish and always looks sensational. She’s been blogging for many years now and her blog has always been in my reader and on my blogroll. I also admit to stealing quite a many items from her credits for my own blog posts. She just knows what looks good!

After scaring everyone with my bloody feline vampire look yesterday, I thought I would do something soft and pretty. That’s exactly what the latest skin Tania from AtomicBambi is, soft and pretty. Tania is youthful and cute and available in 3 skin tones, 2 brow colours, and 7 make ups (plus shape and bonus lipsticks on tattoo layers). There are also options for freckles, cleavage and hairbase.

I’ve fallen in love with this umbrella dress from TOSL. It has this amazing light, summery feel and what I love the most is how the skirt continuously flaps around as if it were a refreshingly windy day. I used no posing tricks for the image below, the dress was flying like that itself while I was just standing there in the pose. TOSL also has some adorable shoes and so many more dresses. I even picked up some male attire for ManBerry and will probably be blogging that very soon.

The location is some where I was recently taken to by an old friend. Garden of dreams has these gorgeous dream scenes that you can purchase and they become your private portable hideaway in the sky. As soon as you rez the bubble, you fly up to 4000m and get to choose from any of the fantastic venues they have available. I will definitely be going back to shoot some more pictures at some of these gorgeous scenes.

Before I end this, I also wanted to give a shout out to Colemarie Soleil who has always been an inspiration to me with her outrageous style and art. So I am really excited to see that she has started her own fashion blog today, check it out – “What’s in my bag?”

This morning I went on a ferry ride on AM Radio’s build, The Ferry. I want to fill up my AM Radio flickr set before it’s too late. This build is just surrounded by still water and in the middle is this simple ferry. Perfect place for an afternoon picture.

The skin I’m wearing is the latest from AtomicBambi. Her name is Alice and she comes with lots of skin tone options, dark and light brows, cleavage, hairbase and tattoo makeup. My adorable dress is from Swansong and will be released at Culture Shock this weekend. It comes in 6 spectacular colors and as always I jumped on the red one. :D I really do feel like a big strawberry now. lol
