This week is going to be the week of epic jewelry releases. The first release I’d like to show you is The Primavera Collection from Kunglers. This collection is quite organic consisting of many nature elements such as flowers, petals, butterflies and other insects. As always, it has the unique Kunglers touch that AvaGardner always brings to her designs. I find them to be so bold and beautiful. You’ll find them in the Kunglers Jewelry section, so take the slurl for a closer look.

I decided to wear three different skins for this post. I know most people pick one skin and wear that for a while or always have their favorites that they go back to, however for me I am always jumping around. I do have some favorites that I like, lately that is Glam Affair, Glance, League and Tuli. However I love to mix and match brands, tones, hair colors, etc… and I’m also wearing three different Mayfly eyes here. I can’t help it, I just love them!

In the second image, I am wearing one of my favorite PXL skins. It’s Linda, an older skin, but I have a special attachment with that one. PXL is about to release a new skin very soon, there’s a teaser on Hart’s flickr at this link which looks really fantastic. I can’t wait to try it out!

If you’re on my plurk timeline you’ll know that I’ve had quite the frustrating day. However, there’s nothing a spoon full of nutella and new mesh jewels won’t fix. Zaara has released her first collection of mesh jewelry in a variety of colors available in gold and silver metals. I’m wearing the carnelian and onyx sets in these images and there are four more colors to choose from.

I know I am biased but Zaara jewels have always been my favorites on the grid. I’m aching for the nizam set in real life. Zaara has a lot more mesh jewelry on the way, so don’t forget to join her inworld group to keep up to date with all her releases.

I decided to bust out my mesh breasts for this post since the necklace looked so nice in between the sexy cleavage. I think I finally got them to a size I really like. I posted a raw shot on my profile again, you can view it at this link.

I was so excited to see the Tee*fy Vintage Camera Collection for the Arcade Event. I think I’m going to have to wear one of these cameras in all of my photoshoots from now on. I wore one in the photoshoot this afternoon. :P I’m totally sporting the lazy photographer look.

In these pictures I am using the rare Grandpa’s old camera because that is the one that comes with the hand-held pose in the first picture. It also comes with a neck attachment as you see in the second picture. All the rest of the cameras don’t come with poses but two attachment points: neck and shoulder.

The top I’m wearing is also available at the Arcade Event from ISON. The tops are really cute, they are sheer mesh and come with a system layer to wear underneath it. I know a lot of people were wondering why these gacha items were NO TRANSFER so I thought I would link to you the designer, Harry Hyx’s flickr stream, where he explained why he made these particular items no transfer in the comments.

So I’ve been seeing a few people doing mirror images a lot recently, like this amazing one by the infamous Mr. Jefferson, and I thought I’d give it a try. I have to admit, Mr. Jefferson totally encouraged me to do it. He linked me to all the appropriate tutorials and even sent me the water file inworld (I’m so spoiled). Anyhow, I kinda had fun playing around with this pic. If you’d like to try it out for yourself, check out the following tutorials:

• Zonja Capalini – This is the one Mr. Jefferson sent to me, it has all the info on it and the file that you need.
• Cajsa Lilliehook – I also found Cajsa’s tutorial helpful cuz she has the latest windlight settings interface displayed.

Sorry I haven’t shared a tutorial for a few weeks, I’ve been a total slacker this summer and now I’ve been busy getting ready for school to start again. But no worries, I’ll be back to harass y’all more often soon!

Also, I wore a teal bikini in this post just for Mr. Jefferson (he knows why).

BTW, this video has had me laughing (and dancing) all day today so I really wanted to share it. I love this song even more now!

EDIT: I have gotten a slew of questions regarding this post since yesterday so here are the answers to the questions y’all are asking:.

Raw shots from SL, resized & cropped together, resolutions on top

1. Mirror Water – Some of you were having difficulty making the windlight preset required to create the mirror water, so I’ve created and uploaded mine at that link. Now you just have to copy it into your water folder. You can find the water folder here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings\windlight\water

   If you are using a third party viewer such as Exodus or Phoenix, remember to place the settings in the correct folders by substituting the “SecondLife” folder for the name of the viewer you are using.

2. Why are your reflections all jagged? It may be because you are shooting your images at a lower resolution than I am. I’ve noticed the higher resolution you shoot the images, the better the reflection (and most of the time the overall picture). As you can see in the second picture I’ve posted in this post, the one shot at the higher resolution has a much cleaner reflection. So try fiddling around with that and see what works best for you.
3. Raw shot without using the mirror water – Some of you asked to see the raw shot of the image while I was NOT using the mirror water setting so you can see what it looked like before I turned that on. At least, I hope that’s what you were asking, I’m not 100% sure but there it is anyways.

For all the images in this post, I used my diamond windlight setting which is in the 10 pack of settings that can be downloaded from my windlight settings page.
