There’s a few important things I wanted to talk about in this post, first I’ll start off with the Berry poses (that are named after yours truly) created by Takeshi Kiama of Frozen Panty (lol @ the store name). Keshi is absolutely phenomenal at everything he does, from his blogging, to his pictures and now he has started to make some very creative poses with props. This pose set is called the Berry pose set and it’s a very “spring-themed” set. The set comes with six poses and there are two single berries along with a bunch of berries that attach to your left and right hand. There is also a lovely basket full of strawberries that is included. The pose set should be in the store today so make sure to check it out. Thank you Keshi for naming this adorable set after me! :D <3
I was also fortunate enough to pose for a few other pose sets he’s recently created that I thought were just genius. Check out his flickr for all the details and join the Frozen Panty flickr group to share your pictures.
The other very important things I wanted to talk about today was the closing of Tiny Bird and Second Style. I was very saddened by the news of both closings. Not only because I adore the creator of Tiny Bird, Autumn Hykova, but also because she continuously created quality content for so many years. Her adorable dresses, hairstyles, hairbases are still some of my favs in my inventory. I wish her well, you will be missed Autumn. <3
Second Style is one of the first magazines I read as a newb and I was just in awe of all the glossy pictures and gorgeous avatars that resided within it. I am so happy I got the opportunity to be a part of it for two issues. I wish the Second Style team the best in all their future endeavors! <3

Tuli has released a new skin line by the name of Sara, and it is delectable. I love the way Tuli’s skins always make me feel pretty, girly and youthful. Sara comes in 10 gorgeous tones (fair, pale, peach, pearl, powder, sunkissed, tan, bronze, mocha and petal). I am wearing the bronze tone. Each tone comes with lots of makeup and tattoo makeup options. Also available are eyelash tattoos, three different brow options, cleavage options and several eyebrow shapers. Lots of options to choose from and play with for this absolutely beautiful skin, so take the slurl and check it out.
My colorful dress is called Kamasutra and is a new release from Fellini Couture. Now you know I am obsessed with anything bollywood and as soon as I put this outfit on and started dancing one of my fav bollywood songs popped into my mind. It’s called “mujhe rang de” and it kind of translates into “color me” It’s a fun and flirty song and I think suits this dress wonderfully. I love doing these kinds of pictures, I hope you like the song too! <3

Several months ago I blogged about a very neat little gadget that I loved! Well sit tight because tomorrow the second version of this gadget will be released. Pose Anywhere 2 is even bigger and better. It’s got several more new features to play with and will become a permanent fixture in my photo shoots.
First what you want to do is actually watch this below video tutorial by the creator DavidThomas Scorbal. He’s done a fabulous job of creating a very easy to follow video that outlines how to setup this hud easily. Here’s the link to his video but I’m also embedding it below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GvC0CMRhDbw
EDIT: David just informed me that he JUST uploaded a new video RIGHT NOW on youtube and if you watch it till the end you will find out how you can win a free copy of this hud. This video will also show you a really easy way for you to install your poses in this hud. Check out the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiH4sw_lfWk
Below is a video that I also made of this hud. You don’t REALLY need to watch this if you watched his already. You should watch his actually because his is way more informative. I just made the below video for fun cuz I was really excited about this so I am going to dedicate this video to Faint Paulse (she knows why :P).

So there you have it! I hope you get a chance to go to Pose Fair tomorrow and pick it up. Once again the slurl to Pose Fair will be announced tomorrow. You can follow it on plurk right now to keep up to date with it.
I wanted to tell you a funny story about how I ended up styling for this post. I had myself in a different blue outfit instead of the yellow dress when my father came into the room. Yes I still live with my family, a whole bunch of people actually, cuz my family’s well-off and I like being spoiled and treated like a princess :P (but mainly because of cultural reasons).
Anyhow, I digress. So my dad walks in and states that he doesn’t like what I’m wearing and that the blue is too boring and I need something brighter that suits my personality. I was going to blog this new yellow dress in the next post but then I put it on for him and he was just all over it. He was in love and then made me change my hair because he said the ponytail went better and also chose the necklace. I was literally trying not to bust out laughing because honestly I have never seen this side of him. So yeah, the styling in the yellow dress picture was done by my dad the doctor, cuz you know, he’s got so much style.
Perhaps my next post should be styled by my mom! LOL

I love how this new outfit from Gizza has an “out of this world” kind of feel to it. I also just can’t get enough of these two skins. I’m wearing the PXL Linda Dark on my alt on the left and the Tuli Zoe skin on myself on the right, both of them are so delicious. Then of course the gorgeous faded tattoo from Huz Tats, my favorite place for tats.
I have so much more to blog this week, including a neat new gadget that I am just loving (I used it in this picture)…more about it in a post coming soon!
I am really behind in blogging and I miss it dearly. So over the next few days I hope to spam you all with lotsa new fashion posts. Todays is about the Pacific Crisis Fundraiser. The skin is from Glam Affair, currently available at the fundraiser as well as the gorgeous necklace from Donna Flora. I went a few nights ago and picked up quite a few items. It’s wonderful to see so many content creators coming together for a great cause.
I heard there was some drama about it and I don’t know all the details, nor do I care to, but I did want to share this story from a very important book that my father used to read to me when I was a little girl. Please excuse my poor translation and if I forget or mixup any information.
Long time ago there lived a scholar named Luqman. Luqman wanted to teach his children a very important lesson in life. So one day he asked his son to come travel with him on a journey.
On this journey Luqman brought a donkey along and requested his son to ride the donkey. So his son rode the donkey as Luqman followed on foot beside them. After a little while they came across a group of people who stared at them distastefully and said,
“What a disrespectful son! He makes his father walk on foot as he rides the donkey so comfortably.”
Upon hearing this, Luqman and his son switched positions and Luqman started to ride on the donkey while his son followed on foot beside him. After a little while they came across another group of people who stared at them distastefully as well and said,
“What a horrible father! He makes his son walk on foot while he rides the donkey so comfortably.”
Upon hearing this Luqman asked his son to join him on top of the donkey. So they continued their journey with both of them riding on the donkey together. After a little while they came across another group of people who stared at them distastefully as well and said,
“What cruel people to put so much weight on such a little animal in this scorching heat. How can the poor donkey carry such a burden?”
Upon hearing this Luqman and his son both dismounted and continued their journey on foot beside the donkey. After a little while they came across another group of people who stared at them and pointed and laughed while repeating,
“What foolish men to walk on foot in this heat. Why aren’t they using their donkey?”
At this point Luqman turned to his son and said,
“Now do you see son what the people have said. No matter what you do or how you do it, people will always find a way to criticize you.”
So the moral of the story and my reason for sharing is, don’t try to please everyone, because that is impossible. Do what you feel is right in your heart. I’m not only sharing this story for content creators, but for bloggers and anyone else that can gain from it. I too have been questioned a lot recently about why I only blog certain designers and why I only promote people that I am friends with. It upset me a bit when I heard that, but I realized that I can’t make every single person happy. So I just do what I feel is right and what makes me happy.
Alright, so that’s the story I wanted to share. Kinda weird talking about donkeys and such in a fashion post, but it’s my blog and I’ll talk about donkeys if I want to! :P
