Purrfect 10 is a new shoe store that opened its doors today. All shoes are “handcrafted” and currently there are three great styles to choose from.

I’m wearing the Amara stilettos, Isabelle boots and the Serenity stilettos. All three are available in many different colors and patterns with more styles on the way.

They also have a VIP program where you join their VIP group for L$1010 and you are guaranteed to receive a minimum of 10 limited edition exclusive group gifts each year. To kick off the program they have sent the group the below Serenity stilettos in leopard which will never be sold and are only available to the VIP group.

I’m so proud of myself for remembering to do Love Thursday two weeks in a row now. Let’s see how long this lasts! :D

Baiastice is one of my favorite stores for gowns. They recently released a huge fall collection and as always the gowns in the collection are breathtaking and I will be sharing some pictures in them soon. But what I was pleasantly surprised to see was the spectacular mens collection this fall. Pants, scarves, shirts and jackets all textured beautifully with perfect sculpting. The best part is, the clothes are so stylish, I didn’t have to put much thought into styling my male av, which is always a daunting task for me!

A few people have asked me to start blogger challenges…which I’m not sure why because I’m so bad at doing them myself when someone else starts them! Anyhow, I finally decided, why not? Should be fun….or it could turn into another Love Thursday or Berry’s Favorite Things which I continue to neglect. LOL But no, I think I’ll try this for a while and see how it works out.

There is a plurker that is doing blogger challenges that people have asked me about. Unfortunately she’s not on my timeline, and I rarely send friend requests cuz I’m all shy and stuffs, but I think I’ll go ahead and send a request and lets hope she accepts! *fingers crossed* :D She does some great challenges as I can see from others that have been blogging them. They are really creative and interesting and I might try and do some myself. I did a plurk last night about it, asking who it was so in case you guys want to get more information about that you can see it here.

Now this is what I’m planning to do. At the starting of every week I will do a post here to start the challenge and if you’d like to participate it would be great if you could leave your link in the comments since not everyone reads the fashion feeds and I don’t want to miss your post. I’m going to keep my challenges pretty simple though cuz I’m just not that creative! :P

Here’s this week’s challenge:
Blog about your favorite designer and why they are your favorite. What do you like about their designs? How do they inspire you? Do you have a story to share about any experiences?

My favorite designer has got to be Zaara Kohime, and not because she is my boss and best friend. In fact, the first time I blogged her I did not even know her at all. I remember it was back when I was only about 8 months old in SL. I had just started blogging, maybe about a month, and I was walking around my favorite indian mall when I happened to have run into a new store that opened up just that day. I still remember my first reaction when I saw her designs. I literally gasped at the quality and detail. I immediately purchased a few items and then blogged them here. (Make fun of my newbie blogging pics and I will KILL you! :P) Then I immed her and let her know I blogged her. We started chatting and that’s pretty much how my love affair with Zaara’s designs started.

Her latest Call for Couture items are stunning! The Acira minidress I am wearing in the picture is available at CFC as a prêt-à-porter along with a gorgeous couture gown version of this which is available to one lucky winner of the auction. Both the minidress and gown are covered in sparkling sequins which are all handdrawn and this is what I love about Zaara’s work the most. She is such a great artist! All of this started yesterday so make sure to take the slurl and bid on the auction! 50% of the proceeds from the auction will go to the Samaritans so I hope you take the time to visit Call for Couture and see the creative work from all of the designers.

Every once in a while Mr. Winter Jefferson drops a folder of something on me, last time it was cookies! Most of the time it makes me gush and love hate him even more. But today I just can’t stop laughing. I literally have tears rolling down my eyes so I had to take a pic with the interface so y’all knew that it was actually ME! YAY I remembered to do Love Thursday today. I knew lingerie was definitely going to be a pick one day. I love it, SL and RL, it makes me feel so sexy. You can never have enough lingerie!

So be prepared, because in just a few more days there will be a new line from 5th and Oxford. Their new lingerie line, Luxuria, is set to be released next week. I have already seen 5 gorgeous new sets that will be part of the collection. I thought I would share with you one of my favorites. It’s sexy and of superb quality, as always expected from the talented Roslin Petion. Because of this new line, all of the previous lingerie will be retired so currently there is a 50% off sale.

I always try my best to blog and get to know the content creators that support by blog by getting some advertising space. I have to admit, when TD Templates first approached me to start an ad campaign, I did not have a lot of information about this area of the market since I never thought about designing myself. So I thought I would ask them more about their business and how they started out. Here’s what they had to say:

TD Templates evolved from our love of creating designs for SL and sharing them with new creators. We work as a husband and wife team, starting back in 2007 with our own individual shops, Typhaon Nishi having a top menswear store and Suzy Somerton having a beachwear store. Both stores were very successful and we were constantly asked for custom orders. We decided to put a few of our designs up on the template market and help other people with making their designs. The template market was in desperate need of good easy to use templates, we had found our niche in SL. Three years later we are now the biggest template store in SL, with over 500 templates available in our store. We share our ideas and creations now with our group of over 1500 members, bringing out new templates every week. A lot of our time is spent working with new creators in SL and, giving advice on how to use the templates. With the onset of people becoming more familiar with clothes making we have a massive supply of psd files available now too and we constantly help with working with photoshop, paintshop pro and gimp.

The aim of our templates is to endorse creativity for people in SL who are new to the fashion business, still learning the basics of clothes making and with the help of our templates, stepping up in an easy way to get their business out there.

We encourage all our customers to add their own ideas to the templates, making them exclusive designs, we have been amazed at the creativity that has come from people who have barely touched the surface of clothes making in SL. Our templates urge to inspire the vibrant minds of the future fashion designers in SL.

Upon meeting them and checking out their sim, I’ve discovered there is a wealth of resources there for new up and coming content creators. I might give it a go myself! :D

The realism in this skin amazes me! Gabriel is the latest male skin from Ispachi. He is set to be released tomorrow with loads of options to choose from. Please note that these pictures are minimally photoshopped. This is pretty much how these skins look inworld and damn I cannot stop staring at myself!

Here is some more information about these skins:

1. 8 skin tones to choose from (pale to chocolate)
2. 12 facial hair options
3. bald and hairbase options
4. with and without body hair options
5. the skin will come with a scripted penis to match your skin tone exactly

What a great idea it is to offer the penis with each skin for a perfect match. This in itself is a great selling point! I chose not to blog it though cuz I couldn’t stop giggling at myself when I had it on…so y’all will just have to go down and check it out for yourself. LOL

Although Rogan Diesel is a big huge brat and threatens me in IMs quite often, I find him to be one of the most talented posers on the grid. Diesel Works poses are by far my most favorite and usually the first ones I look for when starting a new blog post. They are very well done, stylish, versatile, fit me just perfectly and most important: he makes them so convenient by putting a fancy pose stand with the poses in each set. I usually end up just rezzing his pose stands from his most current sets and using those for my pictures. So when I accumulated images of poses I would like to see inworld, I knew just the poser to harass to make them!

Olive Juice is definitely one of my top five pose stores. I just love IsabellaGrace Baroque‘s creativity in not only her poses, but the props that she uses and even her vendor images. Using her poses and props is always quite the adventure because she’s got simple fashionable poses and then there are others that are just out of this world. Prelude is one of those stores that totally suits my style. The have just the right mix of sexiness, creativity and amazing quality designs that I crave in my Second Life. I just had a blast shooting these pics!

The story behind my encounter with Prelude designer Polaire Aeghin is a rather funny one. She actually saw me walking around a store in my male form yesterday and then decided to contact me. Needless to say, I was kinda embarrassed since all I was wearing was boxers! LOL I guess it’s my fault for shopping half naked. Anyhow, I’m glad she didn’t hold that against me and still decided to share her designs, because they truly are wonderful and I love how each outfit has so many different options.

The poses are from Miamai by Mavi Beck. I found these poses to be some of the sexiest I own and they seem to fit me perfectly, I love it when that happens! :D

The shoes I am wearing in this post are the sexy Mercy heels from Orange Creations. I love the little toes on these shoes, they are so adorable and perfect. The hud is really easy to use as well.
