Doctor Strange & Kaecilius in Second Life

One of my favorite things about Second Life is being able to dress up my avatar in various different ways and just having fun with strangers in another part of the world. You may remember on Halloween I dressed up as Hannibal Lecter played by Mads Mikkelsen and I snuck into Darius Godric‘s home which is a replica of Sherlock Holmes’ apartment from the show Sherlock. Darius’ avatar looks so much like Benedict Cumberbatch, it’s absolutely amazing!

After I broke into his home and snuck that picture, Darius invited me to collaborate with him on another image, using our Mads Mikkelsen and Benedict Cumberbatch inspired avatars. If you haven’t guessed yet, my avatar today is inspired by the villain in the new Doctor Strange movie, Kaecilius and Darius of course is the hero, Doctor Strange.

We headed out to the After the Fall sim to duke it out over there. Darius even created our weapons and poses that you see in the second image. I’m so happy Darius suggested doing this, it was so much fun. I haven’t been able to go see the movie as of yet, but now I’m looking even more forward to it! Have you guys seen it yet?

Of course I had to also take a closeup of my Mads inspired face. I have to admit, he’s becoming one of my most favorite villains!

A big thank you to Darius for suggesting we do this! I had so much fun and even though you’re Docter Strange today, you’ll always be the Sherlock Holmes of Second Life to me! 😛
