FaMESHed

I recently did this ad for FaMESHed and I loved these pants so much, I decided to blog it as well. FaMESHed is an event which starts on the 1st of every month. You’ll find some of Second Life’s top mesh creators with exclusive mesh items at this event. You can check out the FaMESHed blog for all the details each month.

While we’re on the topic of mesh, do you create and/or wear mesh in SL? If so, have you had a chance to take Nalates Urriah’s survey? Please take a moment to do so as she is collection data for the mesh deformer.

Finally, I wanted to share with you guys another thing that I’m totally addicted to these days, the Metareality Podcasts. Every week Gianna Borgnine has different guests on to discuss all sorts of topics. Lately the hot topics have been the mesh deformer and SL9B. I’m usually really behind on current events so it’s great to listen every week and get updated on all the latest news across the grid.

As a male I am strongly disappointed with this, 99% of the contents if not 100% of them are focused on women. Not much if anything that can be used by men, unless you happen to be decorating your home at the moment and decide to buy mesh furniture, and that wouldnt qualify for men specifically.

  • Thank you Geanna! <3

Gianna, I love the podcasts, been meaning to blog about them for a while!

Eliseo I completely agree with you that there is a big lack of mesh content for men on the grid as a whole. But hopefully, as time goes by we'll be seeing more male content hitting the grid soon.

  • I haven’t gotten into mesh. I’ve bought one party dress with a floofy mesh skirt, and it’s cute. But I’m waiting for a mesh deformer, so I can fit it to ME, instead of having to fit me to IT.

I’m being a stubborn mule about it, and I know people who create mesh items probably roll their eyes at people like me who are fussy about that, but it is what it is.
